We have seen many things in the Book of Job, the first written revelation given to mankind. As such, it can act as a transition between God’s celestial Word about the Messiah and the written Word. God explained to Job the great story in the heavens–the story of the coming Messiah as told in the twelve signs of the zodiac. This story is “The Great Conflict” between good and evil, and the basis of all stories ever since.
It is the source of all mythology, legends, and epics that have a suffering hero who overcomes vast forces of evil. It is the story of the Messiah, the promised seed of the woman, who would have his heel bruised by the serpent, but who would ultimately bruise the serpent’s head and deliver all mankind from death and suffering.
The Great Conflict
It has been shown that the original star names carry significance regarding the Messiah. They also reveal truths about the serpent, the Devil, and his kingdom. This is the great conflict that God declared to Adam and Eve, immediately after the serpent tempted them and they disobeyed their Creator.
Genesis 3:15:
And I [God] will put enmity [conflict] between thee [the serpent, the Devil] and the woman, and between thy seed [the serpent’s seed] and her seed [the Messiah]; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
God’s celestial Word repeats this story over and over. It gives knowledge of this great conflict, and it shows the Messiah in victory.
Psalms 19:1,2:
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
