God’s Refreshing Blessings
We reunited with our friend Dawn at the Witness of God’s Creation gathering on our recent trip to Montana. (See also Gene’s articles on “Our Father’s Loving Design”.) She wrote to us a bit of the blessings she received there, and she gave me permission to share them with you. Read and enjoy!
God Hears Us

Sometimes it’s pretty easy to trust in people. It is how we were taught since birth. We put our confidence in our Dad and Mom that they will feed, clothe, house, and love us. We trust in our school teachers to give us what we need to know. We even trust our employers to pay us what we’ve agreed upon.
In Genesis Adam and Eve forgave one another, Noah and his wife faithfully obeyed God’s command to save life on the earth, and Abraham and Sarah believed God’s promise to have a son in whom all nations would be blessed. Here we will learn from another married couple, Isaac and Rebekah, and their walk with God when faced with challenging situations.
Coaching my son’s soccer team had a great many learning moments for me. One thing that I remember clearly was that each player had their own strengths:
